Cat Training
The best time for cat training is when your cat is a kitten but, if you have an adult cat you can follow the same guidelines. Teaching your kitty to use the cat litter will be an easy task because using the cat litter box is an instinct for cats. Show the kitten where the litter box is and put the kitty in it. Then grab the kittens paws softly, and move their paws through the litter box like they're digging. That's all you have to do. The kitty will now use the litter box. A cat that scratches can be a huge problem for many people. A lot of cats scratch furniture and their owners are not too happy. You should train your kitty now so that you won't have that scratching problem. The first thing you should do is get a scratching post or pad for your kitten. Cats won't stop scratching because their nails get stronger, healthier and they need to stretch out. If the cat continues to scratch the furniture then get a spray bottle full of water and spray them just a little everytime they scratch your furniture. The water won't harm your cat but they'll stop because they don't like the water. You can also give your pet cardboard to scratch. Cats love cardboard.
